Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global digital learning strategy that seamlessly integrates with business objectives.
  • Create high-quality digital content by applying consistent design principles and meeting rigorous learning standards.
  • Drive the adoption of new learning technologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.
  • Collaborate with leaders and global teams to identify learning needs and co-create impactful digital solutions.
  • Cultivate expertise in digital learning design and technologies, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Oversee the digital learning roadmap, establish clear measures of success, and leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve learning solutions.
Requirements:
  • Digital Learning Experience: 8+ years' experience in digital learning within a global organization.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing learning teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Skilled in using digital learning tools such as Articulate 360.
  • Learner Engagement & Marketing: Track record of driving learner engagement across the full learning lifecycle.
  • Communication & Project Management: Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine passion for learning innovation and future trends in digital learning.
