Manager of Learning and Capacity Strengthening for Members

">">Key Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Lead the development and implementation of a forward-thinking learning and capacity strengthening strategy for the membership, manage the team, and ensure learning is maximised throughout the membership.">
  3. Develop and implement an annual workplan of the team ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and suitable resources are in place to deliver results.">
  4. Identify and drive learning opportunities aligned to the organisation's strategic objectives.">
  5. Implement Misean Cara's monitoring framework capturing learning and sharing as appropriate.">
  6. Implement an annual programme of evaluations, disseminating key findings to relevant stakeholders.">
  7. Collate, synthesise, and disseminate relevant learning to key stakeholders.">
  8. Develop and implement an annual capacity strengthening programme for members based on identified needs for skills and knowledge, training, organisational development and mentorship.">
  9. Promote and facilitate innovation and practice-based learning within Misean Cara and our members.">
  10. Capture and communicate learning from the missionary approach to development and members' ongoing work.">
  11. Oversee the management and strategic development of the online members' Resource Hub.">
  12. Contribute to good development practice in relevant forums.">
  13. Lead the compilation of organisational reports as required.">
  14. Lead on the annual compilation of the organisational standardised Results Framework.">
  15. Support the Donor Engagement Team to fulfill donor liaison, compliance and reporting.">
  16. Ensure learning from the programme drives approaches to disability inclusion in Misean Cara and with our members.">
  17. Lead on other policy development as relevant.">
  18. This role will involve international travel to the Global South.">
