Investment Relations Director

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires deep industry knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a commercial mindset.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective investors globally.
  • The successful candidate will lead capital-raising initiatives across funds and strategies, oversee investor reporting and communications, and collaborate with leadership on branding and positioning.
Responsibilities:
  1. Investor Relationship Management: Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Fundraising & Capital Strategy: Lead cross-functional teams to raise capital and manage sophisticated investor relationships.
  3. Communications & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate updates to investors, including quarterly reports and annual reviews.
  4. Brand & Market Positioning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement branding and marketing strategies.
  5. Internal Leadership: Work closely with investment, finance, and other teams to drive business results.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in investment relations, fundraising, or capital markets.
  • Proven track record of raising capital and managing complex investor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, structures, and investor expectations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
