Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnerships Growth Manager to drive strategic growth through our partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal to our company's expansion strategy and will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships across EMEA and the US.

  • Working closely with senior leadership to execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft a partner product offering that ensures partner success.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Ideal background in the CX or Contact Center technology space or a complementary segment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and revenue models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
