Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving global technology initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Delivery: Lead the development and implementation of high-profile, multi-jurisdictional technology transformation projects.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary point of contact for global executive sponsors and steering committees.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure programme outcomes align with long-term business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Implement effective delivery governance, risk management, and reporting across all workstreams.
  • Commercial Oversight: Manage programme budgets, resourcing, and contractual deliverables.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between technology, operations, and compliance teams across multiple geographies.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to programme managers, promoting consistent delivery excellence.

Requirements

10+ years in programme or portfolio management, with extensive experience in complex, global technology initiatives.

Proven track record delivering large-scale change for leading financial institutions.

Consulting expertise (Big 4 or similar) with strong commercial acumen and client-facing delivery skills.

Experience in regulated banking environments, including KYC, AML, and operational resilience.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at C-suite level.
