Ambitious Technology Transformation Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technology transformation expert to join our team. As a senior member of our consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify and address their technology challenges.

You will be responsible for leading the planning, design and implementation of key IT change programmes and advising clients on how to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT operations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology delivery and project management, with experience of working with both traditional and modern project and/or software delivery methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to shape, build and lead teams
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and communication
  • A proven track record of driving and delivering projects
  • Experience leading technology-enabled transformation and change
  • Experience defining, mobilising and leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives
  • Experience delivering large-scale project implementations, e.g. CRM, ERP across the full software development lifecycle
  • Experience with both traditional and modern project and/or software delivery methods
