Job Description

We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service, developing strong relationships with brokers, and supporting the Sales Team in their efforts to promote Royal London as the provider of choice for protection products.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy, a courteous and professional telephone manner, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to meet deadlines/SLAs and manage pressure/priorities.

The role requires the ability to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all requests, and to action them in a timely fashion.

The Case Manager will also provide administrative support for the Sales Team, delivering excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop broker relationships to offer excellent service which will promote Royal London as their provider of choice for protection products.
  • Provide administrative support for and on behalf of the Sales Team.
  • Deliver excellent customer service when dealing with varied and complex enquiries from Brokers and policyholders.
  • Efficiently and effectively process policy documentation and underwriting requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High level of accuracy.

Courteous, professional telephone manner, offering a high level of customer service.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Ability to meet deadlines/SLAs and manage pressure/priorities.

APA or QFA qualified. If not already, a willingness to become qualified within 12 months of joining.
