Site Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential project in Mullingar. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of the project within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective oversight of all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations, and communications.
  • Management of day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the site.
  • Review of high-level deliverables across the site.
  • Implementation of quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology.
  • Management of project scope and mitigation of risk across projects.
  • Attendance at Health and Safety meetings with the site team and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Highest Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience).
  • Significant site management experience on residential projects.
  • Background in residential developments essential.
  • Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical nature key.
  • The ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
