Job Description:

Passenger Transportation Driver

Our organization prides itself on ensuring the well-being of its employees by maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to relevant employment regulations. To achieve this, we require our drivers to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Fleet Information:

We operate a diverse fleet of over 1,160 coaches and buses, with approximately 500 dedicated to school transport services. The remaining vehicles are utilized for Expressway, rural, and city services.

Remuneration Package:

Drivers receive weekly payments, with increments applied on the anniversary date of entry to the service. In addition to the minimum payment for 39 hours, our depots offer overtime opportunities to enhance earnings.

Working Hours:

The standard working week consists of 39 hours, exclusive of breaks, spread over 7 days in a 5-day cycle. Shifts include early, middle, and late duties.

Annual Leave Entitlement:

Drivers are entitled to 20 working days of annual leave, with additional service days granted after 5, 7, and 10 years of service. Annual leave is rostered for all drivers.

Training and Development:

Our comprehensive training program includes vehicle and route familiarization, AVL navigation, periodic CPC training, customer care, defensive driving techniques, tachograph regulations, and accident procedures.

Requirements:

Applicants must possess a Full Clean 'D' Class Irish driving license, a digital tachograph card issued in Ireland, and a valid Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) for Public Service Vehicle drivers issued in Ireland.
