Bar Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our esteemed Garden Room Bar and Lounge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the highest standards of service quality.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management. They will be able to lead by example, promoting a positive and professional work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily bar operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services
Requirements
