Assistant Bar Manager Job

Our bar team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and adhering to the standards of procedure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff
  • Develop, train and coach bar staff to meet the required standards
  • Rotate stock and store it safely

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Minimum 2 years bar supervisor experience
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
