Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer adoption and ensure success.
  • Work closely with the support team to resolve customer issues and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Create and deliver training programs to increase the adoption of our product.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, or sales, working at SaaS companies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and/or data ecosystems.
