Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Consultant to join our team in delivering outstanding customer support and strategic growth opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to various inquiries through multiple communication channels.

You will maintain a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) products. Your primary goal is to make LMS clients successful in their marketing goals by providing technical support solutions as needed and being a single point of contact for issues associated with the LMS client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of LMS products and the online advertising industry
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for strategic growth through recommendations to meet short- and long-term business objectives
  • Provide technical support solutions to LMS clients as needed and serve as a single point of contact for issues associated with the LMS client base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solid communication flow of information and feedback on process, policy, and product changes
  • Document all client contacts accurately and in a timely manner using appropriate systems and communication channels
Requirements
  • 12+ months of experience with online advertising either supporting a product/solution or buying advertisements online; or customer support in applicable field
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Experience with search marketing, PPC, or other online advertising
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, project management, relationship management, and selling skills
