Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kildare.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with and supporting the Managing QS, attending meetings with subcontractors, clients, and design team members.
  • They will prepare and monitor cashflow, assist in final accounts preparation at project completion stage.
  • Additionally, they will monitor costs using construction computer software, assess tender enquiries, and review tender project analysis.
  • The role also involves purchasing and monitoring subcontractor and specialist supplier packages, managing re-measurement, interim, and final account payments.
  • Furthermore, they will compile variations and the variation log, perform pre-contract cost control, and prepare documents.
Requirements
  • Applicants should hold a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • They must have 8+ years post college experience and previous experience working with a main or sub-contractor.
