We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team in Mullingar on a temporary basis.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs related to a disability and will be able to assess and develop personalised care plans.

Key Responsibilities:Assessment and Case Management:

Evaluate the child's needs and develop personalised care plans, ensuring access to appropriate services and resources.

Advocacy and Support:

Advocate for the child's rights, ensuring they receive necessary accommodations, services, and legal protections.

Family Support and Education:

Provide emotional support and guidance to families, helping them navigate resources and care challenges.

Essential Requirements:

A Degree in Social Work and CORU Registration are essential for this role. Experience working with children with complex needs related to a disability is also required.

A full driving license and access to own car is desirable. You must be resident in Ireland and have the legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.

Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16) may also be required.
