Family Care Support Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Carer Pathways Project Manager at Family Carers Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides essential supports and services to family carers nationwide.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategies to support family carers in their care journey
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
**Requirements:**
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work or Community Development
- Significant experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably family carers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity software
