Job Title: Health, Safety and Environment Specialist

About the Role:
The EHS Advisor is responsible for providing expert guidance on Environment, Health and Safety matters to project teams. This involves implementing and maintaining effective management systems, coordinating EHS activities, and reporting constructively on any safety issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and support in all EHS matters to management, supervisors, and employees.
• Identify training needs and report requirements to project teams, then carry out training as necessary.
• Conduct audits and inspections of projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Report on business EHS risks, KPIs, and trends accurately, recommending constructive actions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure incidents are thoroughly investigated and corrective action plans are implemented.
• Update and maintain site EHS plans, RAMS, and other associated documents to ensure they are compliant with statutory and other requirements.

Requirements:
