Revenue Management Professional

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Revenue Manager to drive hotel revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and rate management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
  • Manage and update online travel agency platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.
  • Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the same or similar revenue management role in the hospitality sector.
  • Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies.
  • Experience managing online travel agency platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasks.
