Key Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will act as a champion for our systems, ensuring operational teams use them consistently and effectively.

  • Knowledge Management
    • Compose up-to-date user guides, process documentation, and best-practice playbooks to support system adoption.
  • System Adoption
    • Monitor team usage, identify deviations, and suggest corrective action to improve overall system performance.
  • Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide expert-level support for frontline system questions and issues.
  • Feedback Loop
    • Gather user feedback to inform system improvements and feed into our transformation programme.

This role will work directly with operations teams to increase adoption, confidence, and compliance, ensuring that our systems deliver maximum value in daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in medical billing and practice management systems.
  • Strong training, coaching, and mentoring ability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence staff at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of embedding best practice and reducing errors in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
