Customer Service Operations Role

  • Key responsibilities include fostering a high-performance culture, supporting customer-related requests globally, managing orders accurately, issuing quotations, and verifying orders.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be approachable, have good listening skills, and demonstrate empathy.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 3 years of client services or customer service experience, and preferred knowledge of ERP tools like SAP with Sales and Distribution.

Additional requirements include the ability to work independently in a global environment, understanding of Incoterms, and awareness of relevant SOPs as per company policy.
