Leading payroll professionals have a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of businesses. We are seeking an experienced payroll specialist to join our team, bringing their expertise in managing payroll portfolios for domestic, FDI, and Public Sector Clients.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements, as well as assisting with payroll-related queries from clients. They will also manage multiple client payroll portfolios and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
- Payroll portfolio management including preparation and review of monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements
- Payroll query resolution for clients
- General management of multiple client payroll portfolios and providing support as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing
- A payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent
- A good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software (e.g., Sage, Thesaurus, BrightPay)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
