Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of payroll clients, preparing and reviewing monthly payroll files, and assisting with payroll-related queries.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of payroll clients, including preparation and review of monthly payroll files and statutory financial statements.
  • Assist with payroll-related queries from clients and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and provide a high standard of client service.
  • Execute client engagements and technical queries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Irish payroll processing.
  • A payroll qualification from IPASS or equivalent.
  • A good working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software (e.g., Sage, Thesaurus, BrightPay).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
