Payroll Analyst EMEA Role

This payroll role involves ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assigned country payroll services. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, responding to payroll operations queries, and interfacing with business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all payroll operations are processed accurately and on time
  2. Develop and implement processes improvements related to payroll delivery
  3. Provide timely payroll query support, follow up with vendors or escalate to the Regional Payroll Lead
  4. Utilize global payroll tools and prepare payroll calculations to ensure proper payroll processing
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for time and attendance
  6. Facilitate governance process used for analysis and approval of payroll work requests and projects
  7. Collaborate with Total Rewards to understand savings and benefits calculations and their impact on payroll calculation
  8. Coordinate with service providers regarding all policies, programs, and processes related to payroll
  9. Work with the HR Service Delivery Team to ensure service providers achieve SLAs
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Manage employee queries via the CRM, adhering to KPIs and delivering high-quality customer service
  2. Assess the delivery impact of any HR management policy changes, regulatory, or compliance changes on service providers and BMS payroll operations
  3. Aid in overseeing the implementation of payroll system solutions for acquisitions
  4. Interface with Total Rewards COE to identify and address administrative needs related to global compensation and benefit programs
  5. Leverage expertise to produce solutions enabling global consistency and standardization and facilitate exceptional performance
  6. Develop and maintain technical knowledge in payrolls, remaining up-to-date on current trends and best practices
  7. Interface with payroll and benefits vendors, as needed, to ensure compliance with established procedures
Requirements:Core Skills & Competences:
  • Working knowledge of Spanish payroll; Spanish language will be an advantage
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Based close to one of our offices: Warsaw or Dublin, or willing to relocate
  • Experience with end-to-end payroll processing including time management, leave administration, registration, pay processing, payroll taxes, reporting, and experience dealing with payroll queries and issues from employees
  • Customer-focused and comfortable working with a diverse group of people
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Workday, ADP Celergo, and SAP end-user experience
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, Payroll Tax, and Payroll Accounting and related end-to-end processes

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, well-organized, and proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
