Job Opportunity:

Payroll Specialist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a professional payroll or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) and at least 5 years' experience processing payroll for Ireland and the UK.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of payroll processes and job costing, as well as a high level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of all payrolls across various companies, preparation of in-house payrolls, overseeing externally outsourced payrolls, collaborating with HR and finance teams to gather and validate payroll information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining strict confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.

This is a dynamic role offering exposure across the entire finance function with a close working relationship with our Human Resource, Project Delivery and Commercial Teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • End-to-end ownership of all payrolls
  • Preparation of in-house payrolls
  • Overseeing externally outsourced payrolls
  • Collaboration with HR and finance teams
  • Maintenance of strict confidentiality and data security standards

Requirements:

  • Professional payroll or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
