Lead a High-Performing Payroll Team

Ambitious payroll professionals are sought to take on a leadership role, coordinating payroll operations and driving business results. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in shaping the payroll function and ensuring its smooth operation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, with experience in payroll management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for removing blockers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and developing a scalable and flexible payroll team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team of payroll analysts and senior payroll analysts.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to meet company needs and exceed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Liaise with key business partners and senior management to align priorities and define best-in-class processes.
  • Take ownership of internal controls over input and output data of the Payroll systems.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing a payroll team.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • SOX compliance experience.
