Transformative Payroll Role
We seek a highly skilled Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team and drive the successful implementation of automated Time & Attendance systems. This pivotal position will be instrumental in processing payments, managing employee data, and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Verify timesheets and payments with precision and timeliness;
- Handle tax credits, Revenue submissions, and respond to payroll inquiries;
- Maintain GDPR-compliant employee records;
- Configure new employees in payroll and T&A systems;
- Support audits, budget checks, and improvement initiatives.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Experience in payroll administration (preferably within a fast-paced environment);
- IPASS qualification (or currently pursuing it);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management;
- A professional, approachable manner.
- Competitive salary: €32,000-€35,000 DOE;
