Business Development Professional
About the RoleThe organization is seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth through strategic business development, sales, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a strong understanding of market research and analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop tailored sales strategies and campaigns to increase visibility of services based on client needs and challenges.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct high-impact presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value proposition.
- Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Experience & Education: 3+ years of experience or relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills: High energy self-starter with good personal management and organization skills.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead qualification, and generating new business.
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
