Job Summary

The Project Director will oversee large-scale legacy transformation programs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects within the company's framework.

  • Manage a diverse team comprising technical skills such as Solution Architecture, Business expertise, Product Design, Software Engineering, and System Integration Testing.
  • Develop project plans, define resource requirements to achieve project objectives, and establish project charters to manage all aspects of project governance.
  • Monitor and control progress against delivery schedules, provide timely status reports, and manage risks and issues impacting projects.
Required Skills:
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, running large-scale legacy transformation programs.
  • Proficiency in full breadth of project management processes and knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • Strong leadership skills, highly organized, with excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • General insurance, life assurance, or financial services environments.
  • Migrating from legacy systems in a financial services marketplace.
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies.
