Job Overview

The Quality and Innovation Lead is responsible for implementing and maintaining the CJK ISO9001:2015 system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and maintenance of CJK ISO9001:2015 system, including input into other relevant ISO standards.
  • Preparing project-specific quality plans for newly acquired projects.
  • Creation of inspection and test plans for scope of works.
  • Development of quality control test packs per scope of works.
  • Promotion of lean construction processes and tools, best practices, improvements, and sharing lessons learned across projects.
  • Addition to the knowledge library with construction-relevant systems.
  • Providing updates on defective products within the EU-27 jurisdiction.
  • Promotion of the ACE initiative program.
  • Provision of continuous quality management system training and support.
  • Development of training material for apprentice candidates.
  • Ability to present material relating to the graduate program and provide input for improvement.
  • Mentorship of candidates in line with the accredited graduate program.
  • Quarterly updates to directors on QA and QC metrics.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Conducting QMS audits and follow-up reports on projects.
  • Completion of system walkdowns and site inspections as works progress.
  • Completion of BCAR 2014 site inspections, including provision of CE marking certificates and commissioning reports.
  • Liaising with the O&M coordinator for timely provision of O&M manuals.
  • Continuous recruitment of QC testers and principal duty holders for safe electric accounts.
  • Management of testing equipment resources and calibration.
  • Overseeing the testing branch of the organization.
  • Allocation of resources and time to projects as required.
  • Knowledge of HV and MV distribution systems and associated regulations.
  • Familiarity with ASHRAE terminology in relation to commissioning activities.
