We are looking for a skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and align with our hotel's unique theme. You will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring that all food quality standards are met, and lead the kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs through efficient purchasing practices and portion control
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen staff to achieve excellent performance and foster a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting
  • Diploma-level qualification in hospitality, travel, or tourism
  • Level 3 Food Safety (HACCP) certification
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong customer care and complaint-handling skills
  • Ability to deliver quality and meet high standards
