Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Chef to join our culinary team in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and the ability to create unique, innovative dishes that surprise and delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative fusion dishes that reflect a blend of global culinary influences.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on seasonal menus and special events.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of international ingredients, techniques, and trends.
  • Oversee food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene within your section or across various stations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
  • Manage food costs, portion control, and waste reduction in line with business targets.
  • Mentor junior kitchen staff, encouraging creativity and professional growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Fusion Chef in a high-end or concept-driven kitchen.
  • Strong understanding of international cuisines (e.g., Asian, Latin American, Mediterranean, etc.).
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with culinary trends.
