We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team and support the coordination of customs clearance processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in transport, freight, or dealing with drivers, as well as good customer interpersonal skills. They will be required to upload relevant information and data to systems, maintain accurate information sent to Customs, and stay updated on current shipping and customs policies.
As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will work collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of our customs clearance process. They will be responsible for performing ad hoc duties as required and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business operations by uploading relevant information and data to systems.
- Maintain accurate information sent to Customs.
- Stay updated on current shipping and customs policies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in transport, freight, or dealing with drivers.
- Good customer interpersonal skills.
- Experience using various web systems and Microsoft Office packages.
Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00.
- Two-week shift cycle.
