Job Title: Customer Service and Logistics Expert

This role is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and tracking of finished goods within our internal network.

You will be the primary point of contact for external partners, including distributors and third-party logistics providers. This role requires strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field, and 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory management or customer service. Proven understanding of global logistics processes and experience with ERP and logistics management systems are also essential.

As a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling finished goods inventory across all third-party logistics facilities, overseeing freight management, and leading new market logistics setup. You will also monitor and report on key customer service and logistics KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile finished goods inventory across all third-party logistics facilities
  • Oversee freight management, including coordination of shipments and documentation handling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, including distributors and third-party logistics providers
  • Lead new market logistics setup, ensuring smooth onboarding of supply chain operations and distribution flows
  • Monitor and report on key customer service and logistics KPIs
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in logistics, inventory management or customer service
  • Proven understanding of global logistics processes
  • Experience with ERP and logistics management systems
  • Ability to analyze and report on key logistics KPIs
