We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with existing customers and provide exceptional sales support and guidance through various communication channels.
- Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing sales support and guidance across multiple channels, and proactively addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences.
- The role also involves managing the customer support mailbox, acting as the voice of the customer by coordinating with internal teams, and striving to provide accurate and high-quality responses to customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling delivery dates and times with customers, ensuring seamless coordination between customers and logistics teams, and processing customer orders through the IT system.
Additionally, they will coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfilment and conduct quality control checks on all customer documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Documentation and CRM ManagementThe Customer Operations Specialist will update and maintain customer records within the CRM system, ensuring that all documentation issued to customers is accurate and complete.
Requirements- Professionalism with a drive to deliver an excellent customer experience
- 3rd level qualification or equivalent in Business or Health related field
- At least two years' experience in a fast-paced customer focused role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate between multiple departments
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with logistics and invoice management processes
- Comfortable using IT systems and confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook
