We are seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in litigation practice to take their skills to the next level.
The Role- Produce high-quality work efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Utilize digital tools such as Keyhouse and Microsoft Word 2016 to manage documents and increase productivity.
- Prepare court booklets and bills of costs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft and redraft documentation, communicating clearly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with partners and solicitors, providing exceptional support and service.
- Organize and manage diaries, prioritizing tasks and minimizing distractions.
- Handle telephone messages and client interactions, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Provide filing and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and high standards.
- Comply with risk management policies and procedures, upholding our values and commitment to excellence.
- Possess strong secretarial skills and typing ability, with a minimum of 65 words per minute.
- Hold at least 3 years' experience in litigation practice, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with digital dictation and Bighand is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Showcase a professional manner, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, building trust and rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Exhibit attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
