Role Summary:

A Project Manager is required to oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders and vendor contractors
  • Establish project objectives in line with clients' expectations and ensure goals & timelines are achieved
  • Execute projects from initiation to completion, responsible for technical and commercial delivery
  • Develop project scope requirements and implement appropriate project execution strategy
  • Establish project resource requirements and lead/motivate the project team
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and manage development of project plans with focus on achievement of project goals
  • Provide performance updates/reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
  • Liaise with Senior management with regular project performance status

Qualifications:

  • 5 years' plus experience as a Project Engineer in a pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing facility (GMP)
  • Excellent record and understanding in Health & Safety
  • Relevant third level degree
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, along with good understanding/experience of project controls & governance through the full project lifecycle
  • Experience delivering projects in an active Manufacturing Facility and in a highly automated production environment
  • Strong computer MS Office skills (PP, Word, Excel, etc.) and competency with other systems
