Job Description

Manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, directing involvement at each stage of the project lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex projects.
  • Oversee project mobilisation, ensuring timely resource availability.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to build cohesive teams and ensure effective project delivery.
  • Define project deliverables and create project plans.
  • Monitor adherence to plans, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues when necessary.
  • Support root cause investigations and communicate outcomes to external stakeholders.
  • Manage report approval processes and project close outs at completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years experience in a similar pharmaceutical NPI/R&D environment.

PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent and excellent external stakeholder communication skills.
