About the Role

We are looking to recruit skilled automation engineers to support our pharmaceutical client based in Dublin.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support of automation projects including coding, design, commissioning and testing.
  • Automation system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Initiating and implementing proactive site changes and small projects for the site.
  • Providing control system training for new hires.
  • Out-of-hours on-call support for automation systems.
  • Coordinating tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Reporting of tasks completed and support provided.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering with a preference for DeltaV.
  • Working experience in a pharmaceutical environment for at least 2 years is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of DeltaV configuration (physical and procedural layers).
  • Experience with PLC/SCADA systems is an advantage.
  • Experience troubleshooting MES interfaces is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of S88.
  • Commissioning experience is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English for work purposes.
  • Knowledge of GMP.
  • Ability to work independently.
