High-Quality Patient Care Leader Wanted

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading Private Healthcare Provider in Ireland, specialising in Residential and Supported Living Services for individuals with complex support needs. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead high-quality care delivery to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of nurses to deliver patient-centered care
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and procedures
  • Maintain the highest level of infection control standards
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans with patients and their families
  • Supervise and evaluate junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Registered on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Post-registration qualification in healthcare management or working towards
  • Minimum 5+ years post-qualification/registration psychiatric nursing experience
  • Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a management position within psychiatric nursing
