The Role:
The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing digital construction processes across various projects. This involves ensuring effective collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, with a strong focus on the application of digital tools in construction.
A key aspect of this role is proficiency in digital construction software such as Revit, along with experience in project management methodologies and practices. The ability to create and manage digital project plans and schedules is essential.
Responsibilities- Proficiency in Revit software and other digital construction software.
- Experience in project management methodologies and practices.
- Ability to create and manage digital project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment of digital and physical workflows.
- Regular reporting on project progress and issues.
- Following quality control processes and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Contributing to the development of as-built documentation.
- Ability to train and support team members in digital tools and processes.
- Excellent working knowledge of digital construction software and technologies.
- Good understanding of construction processes and workflows.
- Previous experience in construction project management is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
