This role entails leading a team of experienced professionals in a mainstream children's residential service.
- Leads and manages a team of social care professionals to deliver high-quality services to children and young people.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the residential service, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to residents.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of residents' needs and develop effective support plans.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Care Leader with experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
