Senior Site Management Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a multi-functional construction site.

  • Ensure effective management of personnel and resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Cooperate closely with site and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Attend regular meetings to discuss project progress, track manpower levels, and note all site activities.
  • Assist in controlling equipment and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Applicants should possess 5+ years' experience in Groundworks, managing multiple teams and projects, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.

Effective communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation is also required.

A full driving license is necessary for this role.
