Job Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled and adaptable relief chefs to fill a range of temporary positions across Cork. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in fast-paced kitchen environments, we would love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work efficiently in a variety of roles and adapt to changing situations with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Operations: Prepare and cook a diverse selection of dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.
  • Food Safety Management: Maintain rigorous standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Kitchen Support: Provide assistance with various kitchen operations as needed, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Previous experience working in professional kitchens is essential, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: You must be available to work from 2pm to 10pm, five days out of seven.
  • Certifications: Hold valid HACCP and manual handling certification (training can be arranged if necessary).
