Learning & Development Professional
We're seeking a skilled Learning & Development Professional to join our team. This key role will play a vital part in driving the growth and development of our organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning experiences, managing learning projects, facilitating learning modules, and identifying opportunities to drive continuous improvement of our L&D programs.
- Develop, plan and provide learning interventions aligned with our strategy, organisational development and employee needs.
- Partner with training vendors on scheduling, attendance and evaluation of training events.
- Ensure all statutory and required training needs across business functions are planned for and executed to schedule.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders in designing an organisation-wide Graduate programme.
- Liaise with HR and stakeholders on planning, designing and delivering effective onboarding solutions for new hires.
- Support colleagues in developing user-generated content in line with content design guidelines.
- Design and deliver training as required and produce learning materials.
- Review and evaluate learning interventions to continuously improve quality of content and delivery.
- Manage the administration and maintenance of our Learning Experience Platform.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in instructor-led training, facilitation, project management, talent development or learning experience.
Key Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years' experience in learning and development.
- Awareness of relevant content areas, including management, leadership, organisational development and adult learning theory.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Self-motivation, flexibility, reliability, diligence and initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong customer focus.
