Job Overview

This role encompasses the management of contracts, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing risks. As a Senior Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sourcing categories, contract life cycle management, and SLA compliance for India, International, and US teams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in negotiation, administration of complex contracts, and mitigation of operational and legal risks. Additionally, they will establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor contract compliance, and resolve operational issues effectively.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant work experience
  • Contract management experience or strategic sourcing background

A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be able to manage stakeholder engagement, collaborate with US contract management directors, CSEs, and business teams, and provide effective issue resolution both internally and externally.
