At our organisation, we have a dedicated role for an administrator to support the marketing team.

This position involves managing various administrative and coordination tasks across multiple sites and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage branded merchandise ordering, tracking, and distribution.
  • Oversee stock levels, coordinate timely replenishment, and report accurately.
  • Track and raise SAP requisitions and purchase orders with precision and speed.
  • Create, format, and edit presentations, documents, and marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support social media content planning and influencer contract management.
  • Maintain the Marketing Library, templates, CV bank, and organisational charts.
  • Assist in event planning and delivery.
  • Provide day-to-day marketing admin support across departments.
  • Offer general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in marketing or senior administrative roles.
  • Confidence working across Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing corporate branding and merchandise processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation abilities.
  • A collaborative style and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • A full driver's licence, occasional travel may be required.
