About the Job:

The ideal candidate will oversee the centralized management and operational governance of vendor management office and distribution-related contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead offshore teams in managing Vendor Management and Distributor Management operations
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contract strategies align with business objectives
  • Contract Governance & Lifecycle Management: Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to termination, ensuring adherence to established policies and legal requirements
  • Contract Digitization and Visualization: Oversee digitization of contracts and design digital dashboards for stakeholders
  • Vendors Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on vendor KPIs and SLAs
  • Issue Management & Escalation: Act as primary escalation point for contract compliance issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution
  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks associated with vendor and distributor engagements
  • Distributor and Vendor Governance: Ensure proper governance structures are in place, leading quarterly business reviews with stakeholders
