Delivery Owner: Mid-Senior Implementation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Implementation Specialist to join our growing digital solutions team in Dublin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ownership of project delivery, designing, configuring, and managing complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure systems, manage data mapping/API integrations, and troubleshoot issues
  • Serve as the main client contact, handling workshops, UAT, and escalations
  • Produce clear documentation and technical playbooks
  • Collaborate closely with internal consultants and engineers while remaining accountable for delivery
  • Contribute to scaling internal processes as the business grows

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations
  • Hands-on ownership of project delivery with a strong track record of success
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts simply and handle tough conversations with clients
  • Technical capability in SQL, data mapping, and APIs (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
  • Experience working in smaller teams or scaling businesses where multiple hats were worn
  • Exposure to finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) is a significant advantage
