We are seeking a debt advisor to support our team in implementing the Global Gateway private sector digital infrastructure project delivery advisory services.
The overall objective of this assignment is to provide comprehensive advisory services to secure and deploy financing from EIB and co-financers for projects contributing to the EC's Global Gateway.
Key ResponsibilitiesDebt Advisor
Qualifications and Skills- University degree in a relevant discipline (Economics, Law, Finance or Engineering).
- Fluency in oral and written English.
- Working knowledge of French will be considered as an asset.
- 15 years' experience working in the financial industry, consulting/advisory industry or finance in the digital/telecom sector.
- 3 years international experience, including in Saharan Africa.
- The last 5 years involving debt raise structuring including preparation of information memorandums, financial model and debt structure.
- 5 years' experience in a management or leadership position.
