About the RoleInfrastructure Design Services Overview

The Infrastructure Design Services team is dedicated to analyzing and designing the infrastructure framework to meet application, platform, or system needs.

This role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, application teams, and users to determine their requirements and ensure all high-level needs are met.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining architectural products such as TADs, technical documents, logical flows, and models.
  • Resolving internet architectural and operational issues impacting infrastructure and product availability and performance globally.
  • Researching and evaluating new technologies for deployment in our internet infrastructure.
  • Leading regional projects, including planning, resource management, and implementation.

Key skills and qualifications required include:

  • Strong knowledge of network, operating systems, and web middleware principles.
  • Expertise in core functions related to internet infrastructure design and/or web administration.
  • High-energy, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure independently.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong collaboration and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
